Legal Restrictions for Opposition Research Reports

This Legal Notice sets forth important disclaimers, restrictions, and obligations applicable to all opposition research reports and intelligence products ("Reports") produced by Homeland Defense League LLC ("HDL"). By receiving or using any Report, you ("Client") acknowledge and agree to the following terms.

1. Informational Purposes Only

All Reports are produced for informational purposes and internal campaign strategy only. Reports are intended to assist the Client in making informed decisions and are not intended for public dissemination, publication, or broadcast without HDL's prior written consent.

2. No Guarantee of Accuracy

While HDL employs best efforts to ensure the accuracy and completeness of all information contained in its Reports, HDL does not guarantee the accuracy of all information. Reports are compiled from publicly available sources, and such sources may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information.

3. Client Responsibility

The Client assumes sole responsibility for how Report information is used. HDL shall have no liability arising from the Client's use, misuse, or distribution of any information contained in a Report.

4. Prohibited Uses

Reports shall not be used to defame, harass, intimidate, threaten, or stalk any individual or entity. The Client agrees to use all Report information in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.

5. Not Legal Advice

HDL is not a law firm, and no Report or communication from HDL constitutes legal advice. Clients are advised to consult qualified legal counsel regarding the use of any information contained in HDL's Reports.

6. Research Methodology

All information contained in HDL Reports is gathered from public records, open-source intelligence (OSINT), and lawful research methods. HDL does not engage in illegal surveillance, wiretapping, hacking, or any other unlawful information-gathering activity.

7. Non-Attribution

The Client agrees not to publicly attribute specific findings, conclusions, or data points to HDL without HDL's prior written consent. This restriction exists to protect HDL's sources, methods, and client relationships.

8. Confidentiality and Proprietary Rights

All Reports are confidential and proprietary. The Client may not redistribute, reproduce, or share any Report, in whole or in part, without HDL's prior written authorization. Unauthorized distribution constitutes a material breach of the Client's agreement with HDL.

9. Compliance with Law

HDL complies with all applicable federal and state laws regarding political research, campaign finance, and opposition research. HDL's services are conducted in full compliance with the laws of the State of Alabama and the United States of America.

10. Governing Law

This Legal Notice shall be governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in Autauga County, Alabama.
